The 30-Day Softer-Hair Guarantee. If your hair and skin don’t feel different within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a full refund of the purchase price.

How to start. Email us with your order number and we’ll send return instructions. Items should be returned in reusable condition where possible; the filter cartridge is exempt for hygiene reasons.

Refund timing. Once your return is received or your claim is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, defective or wrong items. Reach out within 30 days with a photo and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund — no return shipping required.
